This is a birdbath with a custom flagstone circle that goes around the base of the birdbath.

We cut the flagstone with a stone saw in circle and then cut a small circle in the middle for the base of the bird bath. Then we used mortar to set the bird bath in place.  This provides a very stable foundation for the birdbath preventing it from tipping accidentally.
